Added class `VideoBuffers` as a container for multi-buffering Reworked `mpv_thread` to use `VideoBuffers` to avoid bliting the whole video frame. Updated `take_render_update()` and `set_render_update()` to use a `conditional_variable` - This allows `mpv_thread` to block when no new frame is available
